James has been a New Horizons Instructor since 1995. He started as an Apps Instructor, teaching things like DOS, Windows 3.1, and early Office applications. In 1999, he earned his first MCSE in Windows NT4 to begin a career as a Technical Instructor. James quickly branched out to teach other products like Exchange Server, Office Communications Server, and Systems Management Server – the forerunner to the modern System Center family of products. In 2012, he earned his CCNA and passed Cisco’s Instructor Candidate Program to earn a CCSI certification.
James is also an integral part of the IT team at New Horizons Learning Group where he designed, implemented, and continues to manage the Exchange-based email solution, the Skype-for-Business-based collaboration and telephone solution, and the System Center Configuration Manager-based computer management solution.
